New rack system built, moved the females and NOTHING is eating!!!

20 females and they went from feeding 2x per week to nothing in 3 weeks, same temps same cage(new bedding but same cypress mulch)

Anyone else have this problem moving rooms, racks, cages........

it happens to the best of us. When I move my animals to a larger tub, mainly from the 12qt to 32qt is when it hits me usually. They almost always pick up right where they were in about a month or so. You just have to let them settle in and get used to the new smells, temps, and humidity. You stated the temps were the same but with every different design the gradients are a little different, even with the same size bins due to different air vents.

That is what happens when you move Balls around in the winter time. Most will start feeding again by May.

I have some snakes that when I moved them just into the bigger rack from the hatchling/juvie rack they stop eating for a month, others don't care. Some just don't like change even if it is for the better. Give them time they will come around.
