Albino Aneides lugubris in the east bay california

johnnycat Feb 10, 2006 09:58 PM

I just moved to California from Minnesota, and I must say I am not disappointed. On my second herp hunt in the east bay, I found this guy. An albino arboreal salamander. Red eyes, true albino. Amazing. Found a normal arboreal right next to it, makes for a good comparison shot.

Thats pretty cool - I don't believe I've ever seen a photo of an albino Aneides - of any species - before. Any more shots?
