If you mean offgas than only a few days should suffice. Water based urathanes offgas really quick compared to theere oil based cousins. A safe bet would be to let it offgas till there is no longer the new poly smell left.

I put 3 layers of Oil based Poly on my cage. I left it cure for 72 hours after the last coat.

Wait till the smell is gone!

Oil based poly offers excellent protection for the cost but it can take years (literally) to offgas completely.

Use it with care. Have you applied it yet? There are ways to apply it that make it offgas quicker.
