Well I finally finished the cage after 10 weeks a labor. It is 6' X 3' X 4'. My C. Similis seems much happier in this cage as oppsed to the 75 Gal. tank he was in before. I have a 210 watt and 150 Watt Ceramic Heat Emitter in the cage, along with (2) 75 Watt Halogen Lights that focus on his basking rock. For UVB the only thing I could get that has enough power to provide UVB @ 36" was the MegaRay Zoo 100 Watt SB MV Bulb. I got it from Reptile UV and It is much better than the old Flourescent UVB bulbs I used to use. As you can see in the pics he loves to bask directly under the UVB bulb. He usually basks for about 1 hour then goes off exploring the cage.
All lighting is controlled by X10 Outlets and are on timers controlled with my PC. Heating is on a basic Rheostat controller, Day Time Temps reach 100 F on the left side (just above the basking rock) of the cage, and 85 F on the right (Surface temps). The basking rock will reach 110 F. Night temps drop to 77 F on both sides. I am waiting for tax refund to purchase him a HerpStat II controller. I also need to vent the top of the cage, all the Cati wilted from the temps at the top of the cage (130 F). Hope you like. Let me know what you think.
Here is the cage before mulch.

Here is is after adding 100% Oak mulch and plants
