het for pied?

is this the right marker on a het for pied?

The alleged pied "marker" normally consists of a complete black line running down both sides of the snake with clear belly scales in between. Since the pied trait is simple recessive it doesn’t matter if you have the "marker" on a 100% het animal. If your snake was produced from a pied to a normal or a pied to a het, it is a het regardless of having the marker or not. The marker is not a definite indication of your animal being a het.
