With your hands, just stating the blatently obvious lol. Also don't leave them in there all day, 15-20 minutes is more than enough.

Thanks, I have been doing that. I was just wondering if anyone had any tips or tricks at doing it efficiently.
They like to go into dark places so if you put a toilet paper or paper towel tube in there, they will usually go into it on their own. You can then pick it up and shake back into your container.
