Up and temps outside going down into the 30's tonight. Hmm?
She seems hungry as well. I will wait a couple days and see if she stays active before feeding her.

Robert, I would think if she is willing to take food that she has no intention of hibernating anymore this year. All reptiles are smarter than we think. I believe weather patterns play a big role in breeding because of the barometric changes, yesterday my pilbara rock monitors were copulating all day with a storm front that moved through here that was a low pressure system, I have witnessed this in my Green tree monitors as well. And as for my beaded lizards I can tell you what day and what time they will be locked in copulation because it has been the same weekend calendar days every year since 1998 which is always Memorial Day weekend. That Weekend in Ohio is like the kickoff to summer and the weather patterns change, this is what I believe encourages the beadeds to breed on the same 2-3 days year after year. Im a fisherman to and I know how barometric pressure plays a large role in fish movements to. Truthfully I think it plays a role with all wildlife. Just my $0.2
