is there such a thing as to much room for young cresties?

this is Rosie,her enclosure is 20"high 16"x16" is that to much space for a young crested?

yeah it can be. Too large and they will have a hard time finding food and water. It is best to raise them in small cages and move them up as they grow.

I am not really sure of the age,it 's about 3"1/4 how old would you guess it is by the the length?
