i just finished building a new cage for my jacksons so i can separate them and i was wondering if it is okay to go back and forth with the uvb light. thesse guys are also kept outside at least a couple hours a week and are being fed gutloaded food.

I think they require only three hours of uv per day, don't quote me on this, I forgot where I read it. I may have dreamed it LOL. I would search "UV requirements for chameleons" to be sure.
