Ghost Corn snake Pic

This male Ghost corn was going to be my prime breeder this season but I lost him due to one of the most horrible accidents I've ever witnessed. He got stuck in a 41 qt Sterilite (on the inside handle lip) trying to escape. He wasn't there too long given the frequency in which I check on my collection but long enough to rupture something internally causing a massive hemorrhage...I thought he was fine until his abdominal region burst open exposing his ribs and several internal organs. I had to put him down. I do not use these containers anymore even though I had used them for years with no problems. I've kept and bred corns for over a decade and I always be haunted by the horrifying sight of this poor snake. R.I.P.

I don't use that style or model of sterilites anymore.
