That Boa is awsome. Looks like my BCC but just way smaller. Have a few questions for ya. 1- Where can I get one? 2- How much? 3- Where can I research that species? and last but not least how big dose it get? I believe mine has the potential to reach 12' and 80lbs wich needless to say makes the wife less than happy but oh well LOL

Nicaraguan boas are imported every year by various importers. However, given the nature of imported, farm-hatched snakes...I would highly recommend getting a captive born and bred. I don't know who breeds them (sorry). If you want, contact me again in 2007/8 and I'll hopefully produce some. Price for Nicaraguan boas vary given their extreme variations and potential for dwarf morphs. I don't know exactly how big they'll get BUT I can tell you they are not much larger than my Cay Caulkers and Sonoran Desert boas but definitely smaller than my Hog Island boas. I would say at the most in the 4-5 ft range, no where near your BCC. I had a pair of BCO's that I traded due to their size potential.
