This is my Amel Stripe that I purchased from a reptile show. It is similar to xblackheart's amel's belly shown in her post. The bottom half of my Amels belly is orange, and the upper half has no checkering at all but has very small red dots, almost like freckles. Could this be a Bloodred trait? He is a male, and I do have a Bloodred female to breed him to when they are big enough. What do you guys think?! Thanks

selectivly bred for a few generations you could have a solid orange corn

I have an amel stripe that has similar patterns. I think it comes with the stripe genes. Could be wrong though. Thanks for the pic. Very nice
