The best I could find were these:

and
www.herpbreeder.com/worldspecies/Snakes/boidea/boa.htm - has a listing of literature on boa reproduction and anatomy.
I'm sure if you check your local library or bookstore, there will probably be a few books with pictures and the information you are looking for. Best of luck!

For whatever reason the first link is working. Goto www.reptilerooms.com and do a search for Anatomy of a Juvenile Columbian Boa. That will get you to the page.
