Speaking of T positives.......

ajfreptiles Feb 14, 2006 08:33 PM

Is the Gene for the T positive Argentine the same as the Colombian gene? I know Argentines have made the Salmontine hypo when crossed but does anyone know if that gene is compatable? Thanks Andy Federico

They are different, because the T argentine doesn't gain pigment with age like the colombians. I have no idea if you could breed them together or not.. The T Argentines are a null Gene like the T Nicaraguans.

You could breed a t argy to a hypo and make salmontines het T ..
