Florida Kings and Eastern usually attain roughly the same size with Eastern getting a little longer on average, and Floridas slightly thicker (on average). My biggest Kings in my collection are 2 Florida Kings that are around 5.5 feet long and two Easterns - one of them is 6 feet long and the other is 5.5 feet long. Last year my biggest Eastern passed away at 6 foot 5 inches. I also have several other 5 foot Easterns as well. Here's some pics (First pic is the 6 footer, second pic is the 6'5" monster and the last pic is one of my 5.5 foot Florida Kings with my son holding him)

Tell your son to find me a north Cackalackee beauty like the leetle one that got away! You have some of the most beautiful kings and corns I have ever seen living in your backyard! Lucky dog!

All in good time, my man, all in good time! I'm waking 'em all up this weekend so I'll post some new pics soon. And you know west Texas snakes don't fly east, they like a long leisurely drive!!!
