...when I get fuzzies out to feed to my corn snake (baby) they are covered in small little shaving of wood that I assume were the mouse's bedding when it was frozen (i buy prekilled frozen). Is this a bad thing? Up until now I've been picking them off but I'm getting tired of this stressful, frustrating, and time consuming activity which is becoming a big pain in the... well you get the idea. Anyway I was just wondering.

I thaw mine in warm water and any pieces of substrate or little mouse turds...lol.. usually just float off.
