Yo, I dont have any pictures of my BP enclosure but i can gice you some tips for yours if youd like. First of all i love the boaphile cages. I have 2 of them for my red tails, and theyre awesome. Different people say different things about what kind of substrate to use, but as long as you control the environmen and its safe it should be ok. You definately need more hides than just that one. Which specific cage is that? BPs like multiple hides, and you should vary the placement of said hides. Put some directly on the heat some in the middle and some on the cool side. You can get as in depth as you want with the "decorations" as you want. Just make sure all the things you put in there are safe for the snake. Best of luck.

dude...did you even read my post or did you just look at the picture??? i clearly stated that it was a 221d and that i have to large hides on order that will be here tomorrow.

Just make sure the hides aren't too large. Snakes of course love tight cramped spaces.
Here's the latest version of my bp cage. I think I wrote a long post about it a couple of weeks ago.

I don't think that it's too bad to clean. I need two to three hours to clean it all, but I'm not sure how that number could be reduced under any circumstances. Removing everything from the aquarium doesn't take that much time. Removing the bedding is a little difficult, but removing bedding will always be tough unless one is using a rack system with plastic containers that can be turned up and dumped out. All of the non-wood accessories are soaked in a bleach solution and then soaked for rinsing several times. The soaking is the most time-consuming part of the process, and that time would be the same regardless of how much or how little was in the cage. Likewise, I then clean all of the interior surfaces with bleach, rinse them, dry them, and let the aquarium air out for a while. Again, this process is time-consuming, and I don't see how using a smaller cage or fewer accessories would change the time needed to let the cage air out. Putting everything back in the cage takes a litle time, but that's also the fun part as I try to design things that my snake will like.
