Hi my ball python was sitting in some poop and she is kinda smelly can I give her a soap and water bath, is there any special soap or solution to use or should i just leave her be.

Yes you can wash your ball of with a mild dish or hand soap (rinse thoroughly) or just a soak in warm water should be enough to clean it off.
