Feeding Curly Tailed Lizards

Not sure which species i got, actually just forgot and can't find the thing where i wrote it down. but my curly tail is about 5" long and i was wondering how often and how much should i feed him, actually ithink its a her.
I know calcium dusted crickets and meal worms are good. just need to know how often.

Curly-tails have big appetites, feed her several crickets every second day, and mealworms once or twice a week for a treat.

I have a caresheet on Haitian curly-tails (Leiocephalus schreibersi) on my site, the link is below. There's a photo, so you can see if the one you've got is a Haitian.

Haitians are usually the curly-tail you see in pet shops, but L. personatus, the jewelled curly-tail, is also pretty common. http://www.leiocephalus.de/ is a Dutch site but it's got really nice photos of both species.
