breeding size, weight for male eastern garter snake

I was wondering if someone could tell me the average breeding size for a male eastern garter, I have an albino thats about 10 inches long and want to breed him to some LTC wild caught females, thanks for your help

Weight isn't important, but I would say 14"-16" is the minimum breeding size.
