Striped phase northern pacific gophersnakes w/locality ?

ginter Feb 16, 2006 06:16 PM

It is an odd circumstance but the fact is I have had much trouble obtaining locality pure, wild-type P.c.c. striped phase. I guess it has to do with their lack of commercial value. Is anyone aware of reputable breeders of this subspecies that are working with animals not het for anything and of known locality pure?

PICTURED IS 2000 HATCHLING HYPO-MELANISTIC P.D.D.

i would try the following-mike and isis at isis reptiles.....mark/kim bell, reptile industries....jason at envy reptiles...reg. striped pacific gopher?i would bet that they can guide you to who has them if none of these folks do themselves....locality specific?that probably another story-but worth a call, right?in the past i myself bought an amel pacific from bhb enterprises(brian/lori...see link under breeders section).good luck!
