ive got a baby JCP that i put into a 19 QT sterilite container. i then used a wood burning tool to make airholes on the sides and then created a large (about 1" hole on the front and back and stuck a piece of wood through the holes so she'd have something to climb on. i then put a hide in for her and a small water container and put a bit of reptibark in to keep the humidity up. shes quite happy with it although lots of times she will crawl to the top of the sterilite and tuck herself into the lid spacings.

what type has to best coloring, and how long does that type get?
I like IJ because they are small but colors are not great

well, the best coloration is according to the observer. in my opinion it would be the jungle. take a look at the kingsnake photo gallery for examples. JCP's get around 6-8 ft but females have been known to get longer. As for which ones get longer, im not too sure but id have to say the coastal.
