Yes. I know part of the story behind it. Don is not a bad guy. I guess he did some illeagal trading - something many have been doing. I bet he - and anyone else paying attention - didn't expect the penalty to be so strong. I understand if you torture an Iraqui prisoner to death you get 6 months. Don got a year?

I saw that! I dont know why it ws in Reptiles mag though. All I know about it was he was doing some illegal turtle trading in Ohio.

No, his mistake was buying the turtles, as what he did was illegal. And Katrina is correct, it was part of the agreement. Don knew what he was doing. I know him and like him, but illegal is illegal.
