Need help finding T-rex Desert Snow substrate in bulk.
Thanks,

Post a picture so we can see what you're talking about. I don't know what your mean by 'desert snow'
.....have a friend that got it in bulk........
he used it and he now went back to regular aspen
the white shows the dirt way too much and gets discolored too easily........meaning you want to or have to clean way too much......it costs alot more and makes you work harder.......
.......it's good for displays at shows........might be about all it is good for.......
I prefer cypress now and paper

desert snow is basically carefresh bleached white. it's a hardwood pulp based substrate/bedding. here is a link to the description;

No, it is nowhere close to Carefresh. Carefresh does make their own 'bleached' substrate. It's called Carefresh Ultra. It sucks in comparison to the Desert Snow 'type' bedding. As jyohe pointed out, a lot of people are using it for displays at shows and I know a few people using it for everyday bedding. I just made the swap a little over a week ago. Even in bulk it's pricey but if it means no more plinters, I'm game.
