i have noticed that my leo has these weird bumps in her armpit or behind her arm. they look like air sacs, like a blister, but its not one. does anyone know what these are?

Without pics I cannot say for sure but geckos with good fat reserves will develop fatty bumps like you described behind there front limbs. these are often a good sign as it means your geckos have good energy reserves for breeding. there is a picture of these in the leopard gecko manual in the breeding section.
My gecko has also had this because she was very plump and healthy. After a while they just went away.
Yeah, those are probably just fat reserves (is that what to call them?) The Leppard Gecko Manual has lots of useful info.
It's strange, because after I read that it stuck in my mind and when I talk to people who don't know what they are, i'm like well it's so obvious, but most care sheets leave that out. The leo manual is the first place I've heard of them, and obviously not everyone has that book. Sorry for getting off topic... 
My leos develops those when i leave him alone for a long time, but when I handle him (which is not that often) they go away. Do anyone else's do this? Thanks for your advice (maybe i should have started my own forum.. sorry about that)
