Questions on shedding...

I have a 2 month old beardie and was wondering about shedding. How often do beardies shed? I notice it comes off in flakes and she seems to go a little crazy trying to get the skin off. Should I assist her in removing some of the flakes or let her do her thing?

At 2 months it seems like they shed non stop, they are growing really fast right now. Don't pick/peel at it but you can give them a warm bath and go over it gently with a soft bristle toothbrush and that will help.
