I just picked up another beautiful high yellow male Pectinata.
I'll get pics soon.
Can't wait for photos! May I ask where you obtain it from?
Thanks!
I got the both of them from a woman that does Iggy rescues. She got them both a while ago from someone who lost interest and didn't realize or didn't care what he/she had.
I adopted the first one approx a year or so ago and at the time she was only letting that one go. He was slightly less yellow and was getting beat up by the more dominant and more yellow male. I tried to get both, but she didn't want to give both up. I was also told that the other was less yellow.
About 2 weeks ago I called her for the hell of it to see if she still had the other male and she said yes. As it turns out, she is getting out of the rescue gig to care for her elderly mom and I was able to obtain the other male today. He is even more yellow that the first one I adopted. I'd say he looks like Mark M's Pectinata on his site. Very beautiful animals both are.
I will have pics soon.
I also got two really nice, fat Palearus. (spelling)???
ok, thanks! I contacted Mark, though am waiting to hear back from him.
Good luck with them!
Greg
Let me know what you hear regarding the Pectinatas.
I was always curious as to whether or not they are being c.b.
I inquired a while back and never heard anything.
