They`ve been together since mid Dec. When I saw him coiled up away from her I removed him and she ate. Normally he`s eating now. They are kept in the same room. He didn`t resume feeding and was restless........So I put him back in and he immediately got cosy with her. Is she attracting him because she`s still not pregnant?...Whats prototcol for yours?....Thanks.

as a possible ovulation? I would leave him in at least a month or two past the swelling in case you are seeing a pre-ovulation. If he loses interest in the female for several weeks, I would pull him and see if he will feed.

There is swelling big time for the last several weeks very clearly. I think I`ll wait for him to ignore her though. He wasn`t locked up tonight so we shall see.
