Some of last years finds

antelope Feb 20, 2006 12:00 AM

Haven't had any luck so far this year but thought I'd post some of last years stuff. A few trips to west Texas netted 0 graybands but did get a blacktail and a few Trans pecos rat snakes. This one could hold the record. And a couple of specks from eggs found in the wild from Calhoun county, Texas. Hope you like 'em.

Yeah, she was quite a handful and now resides in the Coastal bend zoological gardens here in Corpus Christi. Quite a beefy snake but cool as a cucumber!
