A few had asked about these CAGE VENTS.........

ajfreptiles Feb 20, 2006 09:55 AM

These cage vents I use...are sold at Lowes or Home depot stores...they are the type you buy for your home heat vents for the floor or walls. They are all plastic and can be opened or closed....No sharp edges...great price..about $3.00 each.

Hope this helps....Andy

Andy,
What do you use to heat your wooden cages?

thanks for the reply, but your site is either down, or that link is dead. I'd really like to see how you heat your cages, cause I love the look of them!

Site is back up...I had also wanted to try the ultra therms...... bean farm sells them and on sale now.... they are supposed to only go up to about 100 degrees without a dimmer or thermostat...but I have not tried them yet...Take care, Andy Federico

The biggest plus with them over other types is the slider to increase or decrease air flow and so on.
