Here's a pic of a REAL red hog, not just a reddish brown one. This is probably the reddest hog I have seen in person (or in a photo). It's mother was redder, but she died young....
It isn't my snake, BTW, I just snapped a bad photo of it.

when I see someone on the classifieds post "red western hog for sale." I have never seen one for sale that red. Most of them look quite normal with a hint of burgundy.
