Lighting for a table display?

Hey,

At the last expo I went to I noticed that most of the bigger breeders had a light that was used to illuminate the animals they were selling... It was a floor mounted light, that was almost heat lamp in resemblance. Does anyone have any ideas as to where I could get one of these light units? Are they just plain old reading lights? Or is it a special kind of light that'll help with the illumination of the table displays?

I think any type of lighting works. I just used regular incadelescent light bulbs at the show I was at and it seemed to work fine.
