We don't have enough information to be able to help you out. Can you post more?
How large is your tank (in inches)?
What are the temperatures in your tank, and how are you measuring them?
What are you using for lighting and heating?
What are you offering for him to eat?
How long have you had it?
Is it active? Alert? Does it appear listless?

Anything else you can think to add will help us help you.

If you have beardies in there with the Uro bad idea, you’re only looking for a disaster, which apparently you have already just about achieved. The basking spot should be no less than 115-120. How old or big is the uro, if he’s small or emaciated looking I would not feed him crix. I suggest that you look up some Uro care sheets immediately to learn what Uros need. www.deerfernfarms.com and http://www.kingsnake.com/uromastyx/index.html are great places for Uro info. Like I said, get the beardies out of there or else you can most likely prepare your self for some more dead lizards. Also, what do your "salads" consist of? The more details you give, the more help people can give you.

Lettuce has little nutritional value so it's not a good thing to feed your uro. Read the caresheets. Some of the best greens to give them are mustard greens, endive, escarole, and dandelion greens. You should be able to find these things at your local grocery store.

How are you measuring your temps in there also? Is 102 just an isolated basking spot? Need way more info.

As the others have said, you need to change your husbandry completely.
