Snake Mites

Hi guy, I recently discovered that my pair of snakes are infected by this pest, one of them are not feeding and I believe the mites are the guilts. I have one week to solucion this problem and I dont know what to do. I have Mite RX that I bough five years ago, should I use it? Is it eficient? How is the best way(method) for use? Please help me guys...

I don't think that your Mite Rx would be as effective being that old. Most people on Kingsnake tend to choose the following permethrin based products: Black Knight and/or Provent-a-Mite. Also remember that all caging and the room that it is kept in need to be clean in order to prevent another plague of mites.
