A snake cannot be hypo just on it's head. It may have reduced pattern on it's head but that does not make it hypo. It is all or nothing with genetics.

Ok, I meant NO black at all in the pattern, as I recall for 3 saddles or so. And I know I will catch hell for this, but any marking is genetic, but I understand it may not be a genetic trait that will be passed to the youngens. Kind of why I want to try the first breed of him to his two siblings. I know who they came from, as a breeder, and not inbred at all, so an f-2 (i think that is right) should be safe. Crazy thing is the other 2 look close to abbotts, that will be up for debate, pictures shold be on tonight after i get home. Thanks for the help.

Once again, I want him! Where did you get him? He is a prime example of the one that I want. Do you have any pics of him as a baby, so i know what to look for when I buy an okeetee hatchling?
