I usually put a fresh kill in while its twitching a few times, them put them in when they are twitching less and less then put a non twitcher in thats still warm.
Alternatively just offer a defrost each week until it takes one, if it doesnt give it a live each week till it does.
I also find that warm, wet defrosts seem to work well, they like to suck the water off the mouse and then get the taste and go on to take the mouse. i feed all my adult and baby hogs by hand like this, I find them more likely to take it than using tweezers, but i have worked with my hogs for many years and know all thier different temperaments and so unless you are well experienced I wouldnt recommend this technique.

Scenting with the water from a can of tuna has worked amazingly well for me when trying to get a non-feeder to eat (different than your situation, I know). I was given a male W. Hog that had never eaten on his own, yet didn't hesitate to take a f/t mouse scented with tuna. Something about it just makes them want to eat the mouse. It's worth a shot.
It has worked for me as well. I placed the feeded in a plastic bag with tuna water and heated it in a sink half full of hot water..worked like a charm.
