Hello all,
I need opinions regarding an issue I'm having with a seller. Almost 2 weeks ago I sent a guy money via paypal for 3 lizards. He told he he was going to ship them that Monday(payment was sent on a Saturday). Then on monday he tells me the weather is too cold and he doesn't want them to freeze, so he's going to wait a couple of days. I don't se the lizards and I don't hear from him. I email him and ask, and he says the weather's still too chilly to ship them. This past monday they were again supposed to go out, but they never showed. Then he says they're coming out on Wednesday. I emailed this person yesterday morning asking him what happened, and that I was concerned that I had been taken for a ride. He emails me back today and tells me that "kingsnake.com doesn't allow blankety-blank sellers as you are suggesting" and tells me that they're going out monday and that if they freeze, it's my loss, not his. Now, help me out here.
Am I in the wrong for questioning this guy?
In my opinion it sounds like poor planning on his part. If your weather is in the freexing temps, why post an ad selling herps on the kingsnake classifieds? He gladly took my money via paypal for the lizards plus shipping. Your thoughts please...
