BP urination question

ronin1360 Feb 25, 2006 03:03 PM

One of my girls deficated and urinated today. She urinated in her hide (like she always does) but for the second time in a row there has been some sort of hardish, white ball in her urine. I'm new to BPs and was wondering what this is and if it's normal. Any info would be appreciated! Thanks!

Yes - it's normal their urates consist of both solid and wet material - nothing to worry about.

no need to worry, as stated already its a mix of both, i used to think it was poop though so i used to call it popcorn poop(cuz thats wat it looks like)until one day she gave me the real thing.since then i got a snow corn and yesterday i got a male bp to breed with my female bp in late 2007 andi also got a burm yesterday(the male burm and the male ball python were purchased at the hamburg reptile show and they have both ate for me, i never have any problems with my snakes except during the winter my female bp goes off feed, so i hope the male won't.
