Shedding

After searching through several books, I have yet to find the answer to my question so I thought I would ask those with experience. How OFTEN do veileds shed?

when they are young they shed frequently (as often as every week). As their growth slows down it becomes less frequent. Adults shed in "pieces" as opposed to the full body shed of young ones. Remember, shedding corresponds with its growth - when it gets too big for its skin, it splits and sheds - just like caterpillars.

hope this answers your question
