I would say it is an amel and another name for it would be albino.

I am one of a few out here that don't really like using albino to describe amelanistic corns.
Yes it is a form of albinism but there are several forms of albinism, amel being just one.
Amelanistic corns lack melanin (black) this results in brighter colors and red eyes.
So what you have here is a nice amelanistic corn snake.
