what can y put on top of the cage(its outside) to cover it and give the cage more shade. summer is coming and will get very hot. any mesh or cloth that will work?

Depending on where you are and how hot it gets outdoors in the summer months, some of our buddies bring the cages in the house during the hottest part of the day.
last year there was a tradgedy when some veildes and panthers who usually were set out each day were accidently forgotten due to the owners having to go out and they came home and all had perished from the afternoon heat, very sad!
So make sure you know your new guys temps, and how hot it gets where you are and decide from there. As far as what to put on top, maybe others will have some sort of reply as I have never kept my guys out all day.
