Yea, thats definitely a real photo. I found the original with google, just by searching for the type of snake she is. Here's the link if you're interested.

Looks like she got hung up on an electric fence out in the wild, and flipped to attack its would be foe. Took a bite onto the fence, and got fried. Right after dinner to, from the looks of the pictures. Interesting shots though.

The wires the snake bit are obviously not electrified, since ther're attached to the metal posts without insulators. There is an electric strand too, but not those.
