Question on using Pedialite?

trubluker Feb 27, 2006 10:52 AM

Just wondering, is it beneficial to give pedialite orally to boas every now and then??

And what would be a good dose depending on size, weight???

Thanks,
K.I.

I have injected it into a rat and fed it to my boas when a boa is going through a bad shed. If they are healthy and not dehydrated then I would not use it.

I use it on dehydrated babies (premature) it works wonders if you have a dehydrated critter. Otherwise I wouldn't use it on an animal that doesn't need it.
