Well, I can finally say that after two weeks of treatment, cleaning, baths, more cleaning, etc... - it looks like the mites are finally gone! I plan to re-treat everyone in two weeks and treat their enclosures again, but all is looking good currently - didn't see one mite while cleaning yesterday. 
As far as Eva's results. Her lab work came back negative for everything. She was clean as a whistle besides her protozoan infection. I still plan to run fecals on everyone else as they decides to give me samples, but so far no one else has showed any signs of gastrointestinal problems.
Still upset about losing my big girl though. 
She was a sweetie.
