I would call that a young male not yet fully mature. The pores can sometimes take up to 18 months to appear fully. I've had it happen to me... I've also had juvies that appear male lose the bulges and become very smooth and have no pores visible and turn out females. Its a guessing game much of the time until they're a year old really unless you can realiably sex temp which isn't always the case... There are still many males born at lower temps and many females born at higher temps. I've had people guarentee me geckos I bought were male or female and come to find out they weren't. I bought sa full stripe chocolate tremper albino for $65 shipped with the assurence is was a female.. its turned out to be a male and has gone into my full stripe tangerine albino project. I have 2 blizzards I bought as temp sexed females.. one or possibly both are males. Its still a crap-shoot in determining sex by temps because it isn't 100% reliable. More like 66% reliable.
