I just acquired these from my good buddy, Mr. Matt Brock. The male just shed and looks great! The female is looking bland, but after her next shed I'm sure she will look just as good! Thanks again Matt. Oh Matt, by the way, they eack took a f/t pinkie for me yesterday!

Very nice. I have always been fascinated by rattlesnakes but know that they are not for me. I would end up like Joliff on day 1

Glad they both ate for you Will! That female was stubborn for the longest, but she'll be fine now, and that male, well, he's all good from here. He's a tyrant for food.

Todd, I live in the danger zone!!

Hehehe, I walk the fence but seem to run into the fire now and then. Saw a juvy cottonmouth, a western rough earth, a Gulf coast ribbon, a rough green, a broad banded water, and a checkered garter yesterday. Some red eared sliders, 4 species of lizard, and an alligator, things are starting to come to the surface down here. Nice copperhead! No kings out yet, though.

Those are some sweet looking youngsters. I don't see too many pics of Holbrooki so keep them coming! Especially as they grow, I want to see what happens with their colors.

Those little guys look like my little girl only she's got a fainter hint of a pattern dorsally. Are they '05 hatchlings? How often do you feed them? I'm guessing mine is a late season '05, as she's still small (12 ".

Reako,

Yes, they are both '05 's.. They were hatched from a WC adult. I will feed them a small pinky once a week.

They are '05's and they get 1-2 pinks every 7-10 days. Mine are a little smaller maybe 11".
