I bought pacman frog sold as C. cranwelli. Is this the right species or a hybrid? Here is a picture.

I bought pacman frog sold as C. cranwelli. Is this the right species or a hybrid? Here is a picture.

looks like cranwelli horn lengths but those bright stripes have a hybridized characteristic. that's a tough one, you got lucky though it is an awesome frog. I'd say it's a hybrid, but I've never really seen one up close.
What you have is a c.cranwelli, it's normal for young frogs to have that bright green striping. although over time as the frog matures that striping will fade.
my cranwells is almost three inches snout to vent, and in the photo below you can see how the striping fades to a yellow color.
