anothere pic...
when he get used to his cage i will take some more pictures..

and here is the cage

If you recieved a chameleon you didn't order why not notify the seller and get the one you paid for?
They would be responsible for the cost of shipping to return it plus the shipping on the chameleon you actually ordered.
becausee i am from puerto rico and is very dificult to get chams here.
even so, you should at least let them know even if you don't do an actual exchange. They need to know about their screw up. I know nothing about the two species and their differences but look at the species articles on adcham.com and chameleonnews.com to understand differences. I hope you are happy withhim and he is happy too
I do love your cage - giving me some ideas!

They likely didn't know the difference, since both species are almost always imported together and often confused. I'm a little more concerned about their "egg laying Jacksons chameleons..." Ahem....

i emailed them and told them. but i really like this cham. i wanted an oustaleti but i think this was a better choice because is smaller and has more colors. i will try to get a fecal done soon.
but atleast it look healthy?
Alejandro,
He, your male verrucosus cham, looks a little dehydrated. I see this from his sunken eye in the pic. Also his skin is folded near his back leg, this may be dehydration or loss of muscle weight in the transport from Madagascar. It is good you will have a fecal done, jic.
He is a very pretty cham!! Good luck with him, his needs should be similar to a oustaleti.
PS. I have juvs. of both species and can confirm that it is hard to tell them apart, but at an early age. I thought I would end up with mainly oustaleti, but I will end up with a bunch of verrucosus and just a few oustaleti. Mine are now 5-6 months and I can pretty much tell the males, females and both sp of the males apart. At the age that cham is, it should be no contest. I would try to get something out of the supplier for the mistake regardless of your happiness.
KIT.

yes i know that hes desidratated. yesterday when i put him in his cage I sprayed him like 15 mins and he drank alot. this morning too. and today we got some rain so he got more water. should i try to give him some pedialite? he have been all the time on top of the cage. is that normal? he have lots of plants in there. a photos, 2 ficus, and a palm tree. they need to grow more since the cage is like 7 foot tall. but let see how it does.
also what can i do withe all the anoles???? and what if he eats them and i know he will. that can be a problem?
