Yay! I witnessed a shed!

shadowkat612 Feb 28, 2006 06:47 PM

So my two chams (Arty and Gwen) have been growing and eating wonderfully and it is obvious that they have been shedding, but I haven't actually witnessed it -- until today! It is by far one of the coolest things I have ever seen! My boyfriend just got batteries for his digital camera so this weekend we are hoping to get pictures of all of our animals and post updated pictures, so I will be sure to get the two little ones and their enclosure.

haven't heard an update for awhile! If I'm not mistaken you got these two sort of young? - might be thinking of someone else, but I recall the origin of the names

Very glad they are doing so well and look forward to pics!

Hi! Yes they are doing very well -- and yes it was I that got them when they were very young -- the breeder told me they were three weeks old.

I have been terribly busy with classes and fighting a sinus infection that I haven't been able to shake for about 3 weeks now. The doctor today FINALLY put me on antibiotics when I blew my nose in his office and he saw the infection -- I was hoping it wouldn't get to that. BUT I am on antibiotics and will be very much so better very soon!
