River Road Pics

viborero Mar 01, 2006 11:43 AM

Hey all. I recently picked up a pair of River Road GBK's at a local show and I was wondering if any of you were working with this locale. Can you post some pics so I can get an idea of the variables in patterns?

Take a look on the Alterna Page you will see some River's and some other locals as well. I had a really nice pair of rivers years ago that I got from Gerry Salmon but they are long gone now. I have great photos of them but they are not digital so I cant post them... So you will have to settle for this pic of one of my Female 277 Loma Alta Alterna that just switched from hoppers to small mice. Good Luck with your new snakes! ~ Mike

Very nice 277 animal. I really like the clean gray.

I am looking for a River Road female if anybody has one. I got a male from about a mile and a half to 2 miles west of Panther Canyon and I would like a female from the same spot. Steve Boyd told me that the hill above where I found this male is a known spot for these so if any of you guys know the hill (I am sure most of you do) and you have a female for sale please Email me.

Thanks Jason

Congrats on picking up a fine lookng GBK. I just purchased a River Rd (Big Hill) locality alterna myself, from Tim Gebhard I'll post some pics when I receive him next week. Tim at Vivid Reptiles has some photos on his site if your interested in checking out some of the variations in the River Rd animals.
